Through these facilities, we provide fast and accurate COVID-19 results to residents using our RT-PCR Test.

Clarity Lab Solutions in partnership SG Blocks has made Clarity Mobile Venture to bring superior COVID-19 testing to Wayne County Michigan. With help from our valued partners Memorial Healthcare and Wayne County, we have set up 2 active collection sites in Wayne County and we will be adding two more collection sites in the near future in order to service all your COVID testing needs.

Testing Process

Our lab team performs an RT-PCR test on your sample (otherwise known as an NAAT) at the Lab.

Wait for your Results

We will send a notification that your results are ready straight to your e-mail. Then you can conveniently access them on your computer, phone or tablet by logging into our patient portal

Return to your Day to Day Routine

Regain confidence to go about your daily routine with your results in hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a COVID-19 test?

First, you will need to go to our scheduler to schedule your appointment online . Make sure you fill out all of the information as best as you can and provide us a valid email address that you can access on your phone or tablet.

Pick an available time slot that works best for you.

You will receive an email verification of your appointment along with directions to our testing location. Ensure that you receive your verification and the directions.

How much does the test cost?

Patients are required to pay through their health insurance.

Where do I find my COVID-19 Results?

Your COVID-19 Test results will be available on the patient portal once they have been processed by the lab. You will be notified by email when you can access your test results. To download a copy of the results, follow the instructions below:

1) Log into your patient account at patientsystem.memorialclarity.com here

2) Click on the ‘Menu’ in the upper left hand corner of the screen and select ‘My Tests’

3) Select the test that you wish to view your results for

4) Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the test and click on ‘Download Results’

5) This will give you access to your pdf results

How do I change my patient information on your scheduler?

1) Log into your account at patientsystem.memorialclarity.com here

2) Click on your name located in the top right corner of the screen

3) Select my profile

4) Change the desired information under Patient Information (i.e. Date of Birth, Address, Name, ect.)

5) Hit save

How do I change my Password?

1) Go to patientsystem.memorialclarity.com here

2) Above the password section you will see a link named ‘Forgot Password’ right above the eye icon. Click that link.

3) Enter in the email you used to open your account and then hit ‘Recover’

4) You will receive an email titled uaa password reset from results@claritylabsolutions.com

5) Follow the ‘Reset Password’ link and enter in your new password

6) Sign in

How can I pay if I am uninsured?

For all eligible people, this Covid 19 test is being paid by Private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid with no patient payment responsibility. If you are uninsured and without Medicare or Medicaid benefits, the HRSA program will pay for your test.
To be eligible, you must show symptoms;
  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
Or you have been directly  exposed to a known positive Covid 19 person.
If this test is being used for screening purposes such as travel or admittance to a restricted facility, you will be billed and responsible for all testing charges.
